Keweenaw Mountain Lodge

The Keweenaw Mountain Lodge is the ideal location for your next retreat. This historic lodge offers cabin stays for your guests, indoor/ outdoor space for meetings and workshops, and a plethora of outdoor activities that attendees can enjoy. The Lodge also offers private dining options to make your retreat complete!

In the summer, retreat attendees can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and golf on the lodge property. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing snowshoeing, and skiing. The Lodge's Outdoor Activities Center can provide guided experiences and rental equipment. The Keweenaw Mountain Lodge is also the Keweenaw Dark Sky Park headquarters and offers incredible dark sky viewing opportunities and a telescope lending program for lodge guests. 

Mount Bohemia

Located in Lac La Belle, Mount Bohemia is a beautiful place for a destination retreat. Mount Bohemia offers different types of lodging options, including yurt and cabin stays. Guests can enjoy woodfired pizza or homemade lunch during their stay.  

Mount Bohemia Summer

With over 1100 acres of property and over 12 miles of hiking trails, your retreat guests can enjoy guided or non-guided hiking experiences. Mount Bohemia's close neighbor, Lake Superior, provides paddleboarding and beach time fun. Wind down for the day by spending some time at Mount Bohemia's rejuvenating Nordic Spa. The Nordic Spa features hot and cold water therapy, a sauna, a steam room, and the largest outdoor hot tub in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It's unique variety of experiences makes Mount Bohemia the perfect place yoga or wellness retreats. 

Isle Royale National Park

Isle Royale National Park rests in the heart of Lake Superior and is a remote destination that provides a truly inspiring experience. Accessible only by boat or seaplane, a retreat on Isle Royale becomes an adventure. For those who enjoy a backcountry experience, camping is certainly an option. However, for an all-inclusive retreat experience, we recommend the Rock Harbor Lodge. The Rock Harbor Lodge has it's own dining services provided by the Greenstone Grill, and the Dockside Store in Rock Harbor offers basic supplies for guests.

The island offers incredible hiking, fishing, and paddling opportunities. There are also ranger programs, lighthouse tours, and guided experiences available. Isle Royale is a prime location for artists and outdoor enthusiasts, alike. 

Fort Wilkins State Park

Built in 1844, Fort Wilkins was intended to keep law and order during the peak of the Keweenaw copper mining boom. Located in Copper Harbor, this park features 12 of the original fort buildings with a living history program during the summer months. The park offers a number of cabins, lodges, and camping options. Guests can enjoy a number of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, paddling, and sight-seeing. 

McLain State Park

McLain State Park is located right on Lake Superior and offers cabin and camping options. It's a beautiful location with views of the Keweenaw Waterway Upper Entrance Light and provides hiking and recreational opportunities. Guests will enjoy hunting for stones on beach, swimming, and enjoying group picnics under the pavilion. This park offers incredible sunset views, an ice cream shop, and a small store with supplies.
